Space & Community Manager (100% Internship with Opportunity for Permanent Employment)
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to support us in building and operating the workplace of the future.

Join Novu Campus – help shape the space where the future begins
At Novu Campus, we don’t just build offices – we create vibrant spaces where people connect, ideas grow, and community thrives. Novu Campus is more than just a workplace: it’s a hub for collaboration, innovation, and belonging.
Your role: Space & Community Manager
You are at the heart of our campus. You make sure our community feels welcome and our space is full of life. You are a host, a facilitator, and an organizational talent – all in one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Community First: You are the go-to person for our members – from welcoming new joiners and onboarding to supporting them with everyday needs and questions. You build real connections and foster a sense of togetherness.
- Space Management: You ensure our coworking space runs smoothly and always looks its best. Whether it’s managing meeting rooms, handling tech issues (Wi-Fi, printers), or overseeing the office setup – you’ve got it covered.
- Operational Support: You take care of day-to-day tasks like mail handling, supplies, or general organization – keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
- Events & Experiences: Together with the team, you help plan and run community events, workshops, and after-work gatherings – and bring your own creative ideas to the table.
What you bring:
- You enjoy working with people and have a warm, welcoming personality.
- You’re organized, proactive, and keep a cool head even when things get busy.
- You speak both German and English fluently.
- You’re about to complete your bachelor’s or master’s degree – or have just graduated.
- Experience in community, office, or facility management is a plus – but not a must. What really matters is your energy and enthusiasm.
What we offer:
Be part of an exciting project from day one and actively shape its development. You'll work in a dedicated team with flat hierarchies and modern working practices. In our people-centered culture, your strengths matter – and we’ll support you in helping shape the future of work.
